In contributing a photo to turnonthetap.org.au you agree to grant Samaritan's Purse Australia a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and otherwise use the material in any way that we want, and in any media worldwide.

It's important to note, however, that you still own the copyright to everything you contribute to Samaritan's Purse Australia and that if your image and/or video is accepted, we will endeavour to publish your name alongside it on the Turn on the Tap website or any Samaritan's Purse Australia affiliated media.

You are responsible for the content of any photo submission you make. You will not upload to our website any material which is defamatory, obscene, unlawful, harmful, offensive or inappropriate or infringes the rights of a third party, or which may have the effect of being harassing, threatening, abusive or hateful, or that otherwise degrades or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age or disability.

You agree not to infringe any laws in order to produce or make a photo submission.

You agree not to advertise or promote third parties' or your own goods or services in any photo submission.
